1. Install the brush head correctly (Insert the brush head in the power shaft, no need to rotate.)
2. Squeeze proper amount of toothpaste on the bristles. Turn on the toothbrush after putting it into your mouth.
3. Place the brush head between front teeth at a 45° angle to the gum line, gently brush your teeth back and forth. There is a short frequency vibration every 30 seconds during the brushing process, indicating that the brushing area needs to be changed. If there is no active pause during use, it will automatically shut down after the brushing mode ends.
4. Rinse the toothbrush head and bristles after each use and air dry.
5. Repeat twice a day or as recommended by your Dentist.
